We're Tom and Rosamund Jordan and we've been dealing in pictures and working as Fine Art Consultants, researchers and lecturers since 1974. We have spent our lives in the North East of England and divide our time between our house on the outskirts of Teesside and our cottage by the sea in Staithes, North Yorkshire. We have always specialised in the work of Impressionist artists who painted in the area about a century ago, especially that of the Staithes Group and the Cullercoats Colony; several of the artists concerned belonged to both groups. Other artists with whom we have long been associated include Robert Leslie Howey 1900-1981 (son of Staithes Group member, John William Howey), Stephen Frank Wasley 1848-1934 and contemporary artist Richard Marshall 1944 -2006.

Modern British painting is another area of interest to us. A particular specialism is the work of mining artists, epecially works by Norman Cornish, Tom McGuinness and Harry Malkin.

We exhibit at our own one-day exhibitions in the North of England and have three day exhibitions in the Pavilions of Harrogate on the Yorkshire Show Ground where we show over 200 paintings.
