We're delighted with this watercolour, which came from Canada. Storms are one of our favourite Wasley subjects, and this one certainly ranks among his best and is in great condition. Measuring 21"x30" it is a really spectacular picture.

 | The Storm Breaks
This picture,also from our private collection ,shows a storm at its worst in Whitby harbour. It measures 36"x24" and is signed. Like its sister picture it was exhibited at our 1970s Wasley exhibitions at darlington, Hartlepool and Guisborough civic galleries in the 1970s.
