On-Line Gallery | English Landscape Paintings of the 20th Century | Christopher P. Wood b. 1961
Oils on canvas, 36"x34", signed and dated 1998.Rich, transparent colours and an obvious tactile pleasure in the application of the paint combine with a sensitive and exaggerated depiction of the landscape to give a powerfully romantic feel to this oil painting. It provokes a deep and emotional response typical of the work of Christopher P. Wood. View larger image
